When considering changing your bedroom furniture it is worth consulting a fitted wardrobes guide. The reason for this is that a guide can help you assess your storage needs and therefore utilize your available space. It should be noted that this doesn't apply only to the wardrobes themselves, but also to any internal space that you have at your disposal.

An advantage of these wardrobes is that they can cope with practically any shape of room. Whether you have uneven walls, sloping ceilings or very awkward corners, these can all be accommodated within most wardrobe designs. This isn't the case for stand alone wardrobes, which tend to result in a lot of space wasted on either side of the furniture and they are unable to deal with any deviation from a straight wall.

There are many styles and designs available that will suit any room, from contemporary to more classical. Sliding doors are often a feature and again, these are very helpful, particularly when considering space. Fitted wardrobes can be either solid timber, or veneer, both of which give an added warmth to the room. To really personalize your wardrobes you can choose from a large range of handles and accessories, which will give the exact finished look that you require.

It is very important to consult a fitted wardrobe guide when deciding on the space saving interior of your wardrobe. Think about factors such as, how much hanging space you require and whether it is all for long items such as dresses or a mixture of long and short. Do you need more shelves for folded clothes such as jumpers and sweatshirts? Drawers are useful but you don't need many. One is ideal for the smaller items such as socks, tights and underclothes and another for miscellaneous items. Including tie and belt and shoe racks are also a very good way to save space.
